Chavez Garden Center is a veteran and woman owned company. Owned and ran by Juan and Earth (Yes, like the planet) Chavez. Juan, is a US Marine Corps veteran, at 13 started working in farms in South Jersey with his father.

     Earth, formerly a scientist, has a Bachelor of Science Faculty of Science in Microbiology , and a Master's in Agriculture. Originally from Thailand, Earth has had a love for plants and the science behind them.

     After living in the Hudson Valley, the owners decided to open a garden center in hopes of being a successful part of the community.
